We ordered wings, and they were disgusting. One type was covered in soggy breading, and another was just burnt all over. Do not get their wings.

nothing like getting completely smashed tortilla chips that look like they were stepped on over and over again then put in a plastic container as if nothing was wrong with them served with stale artichoke dip.. frozen desserts that are I don't know how old.. I just hope I don't get diarrhea tomorrow even though I just took a few bites before I was completely grossed out. Thank you for making sure I will NEVER order from you. The only thing good about this place was the nice delivery guy..

Food was good, however i asked for plates, napkins, utensils, and parmesan and i didn't get any of that.

I really wanted to like The Front Room, but they have officially given me too many reasons to ever order from them again. I have a food allergy and they almost poisoned me twice. And poisoned me the third time.
The first time when there, I told the nice waiter about my intolerance/allergy and he completely understood. But then it seemed it was nearly impossible for him to communicate this to the cooks. He was so unsuccessful in communicating this that I saw him make some of my food. The meat was one of the worst cuts ever, but it was cheap and I like the waiter. So I grabbed a to-go menu.
My next experience was ordering online. I specifially wrote GLUTEN INTOLERANT NO BREAD ANY QUESTIONS CALL XXX. And then they gave me huge salad with croutons. I am so sensitive, the salad is now useless to me even if I picked them out. I called them and some young lady answered and just didn't care.
A few weeks passed and I tried them one more time and wrote multiple times what I couldn't eat and if they had any questions to please call. As I was eating my salad I noticed bread at the bottom. I am now really sick. And the way Celiac disease works I will be sick for a few days now. I don't know if its because all the cooks don't speak English or what, but I am never eating from them again. I'm good with people who poison food and have no concern for allergies. I think they could kill someone with severe allergies because the cooks fail to understand the importance.
They also give the worst cuts of beef I have ever seen.

I will not order from them again. The food arrived 2 hours late, was cold and didn't even taste that great. Awful service.And they even charged a delivery fee! With a delivery fee, the food should be on time.

The food arrived 2 1/2 hours after ordering when it was suppose to take a max of 1 hour. Called several times and said they were on there way, but that wasn't true. Taking the time factor out, the food was pretty disgusting. It was cold, but that wasn't the worst part, we ordered a couple things of the Brazilian menu and a sandwich and it was all pretty horrible. Save your money or just starve!

This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had from a restaurant. The food was poor quality and cold. The driver called three times because he was lost. The order took two hours to arrive.

Too bad they never showed up. I called to see if it was still coming after 1:30mins and they said yes it was "with the driver". 2 hours later I discovered the actually never made my order.

When I first moved to SF 6 years ago, this was the best! Now, not so much. I ordered there a couple of weeks ago and they said I needed to get to $20 for delivery, the food took a while to get here and it was cold (cold burgers are gross). The avocado was so brown it was uneatible and the fries were soggy. I've given it a few tries and it disappoints these days. I will find a new place now.

I only live 5 mins from the front room, It took an hour and 45 mins to get my order. I orderd a bancon burger it was cold the fries where soggy and cold and both of the cans of soda where warm. I will never order from them again.

I tipped them $5.00 up front and asked them to make it not soggy please. It took them an hour and 20 minutes to get it here but it was indeed not soggy and quite yummy and fresh. :D The burger was juicy with lots of cheddar cheese and the caesar salad had plenty of crutons and dressing. I also got the honey BBQ wings but I haven't started on those yet, although they look delish.

It took almost 2 hours for the order to arrive and most of the food wasn't very good. My boyfriend order the bacon burger and he said it was really good but the meatballs, wings and garlic bread were not very good.

The restaurant took 70 minutes to deliver and when I called to check on it, the woman answering the phone (is she someone's sister?) insisted snottily that it had only been 40 minutes since I ordered.
I just wanted to be reassured the food was on its way, not to get in an argument.
Either way, it'll be a while before I order from here again. The food and service are completely inconsistent and for the most part, not worth it.

Good for when you just want a burger or some random food delivered, they open late and don't take too long to get to you. Food is average, but what are you expecting here anyways... def worth it.

Greasy food that is perfect for a hangover. If you're looking to eat something healthy, this place is not for you. But if your looking for chicken fingers, fries, potato skins... you've found the right place.

The food is not so good, the delivery service the worst I ever seen!
I ordered from a hotel room, they didn't put in the bag even one plastic fork! I ordered a cheesecake, they delivered a frozen "tiramisu" (disgusting!) , I couldn't eat the fries..look plastic!
I only wasted my money!
I will not order from them ever again

Apparently it takes 1.5 hours to prepare and deliver a burger and chicken wings 3 blocks from the actual restaurant. Actually, no it takes me 1.5 hours to get so annoyed that I call to cancel the order. Screw these guys.

I should have read the reviews here before ordering because my order took over 2 hours to arrive. When I phoned them they couldn't even tell me where my order was and that "it must have left with the driver".

The order took over two hours to receive. After an hour and one half, I phoned the restaurant and they told me they received it only half an hour ago. I checked my order and email confirmation they they lied. I will NEVER order from them again!

I still don't understand how badly they mess up orders. My first order was totally f'd, but I gave them a second change. Bad idea, they messed up the second order way worse. Also, the pizza is just not good. DO NOT order from this place.

I've ordered from here 4 times so far. Delivery is always roughly 1 hour. Regular fries are good, the garlic fries are terrible. Burgers are well made with generous condiments. Entrees are likewise generously portioned. Each time, I've had a different delivery driver--some are clueless, some actually read the directions I leave in the notes, so it's mixed bag. All in all, I've had positive experiences with this restaurant based on it's portions and above average food quality & preparation.
