Everything was DELICIOUS! The Mongolian Beef is to die for! The Chicken Drums were FANTASTIC! Crispy and crunchy but moist inside. The dumplings were light, paper-thin, and succulent. The crab ragoons were stuffed with real crab. Absolutely delicious. The General Tso's chicken was fabulous. I ordered it medium and my daughter (who is very picky about spicy food) absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect! We will be back again and again!

Delivery was fast, and the food hot, but the quality was VERY poor. The potstickers were soggy, bland, and mostly inedible. I didn't even finish one, and threw the rest away. The General's chicken was ok at best. I paid extra for the white meat chicken, which I got, but I could tell later that the chicken was bad...lots of sulfur belches.

Normally very good however I ate here last week and got food poisoning! Was down and out for almost a week... Don't feel like rolling the dice again

Tai Chi is good. Soups good. Not oily. Hunan tofu not my favorite. Fried rice, wonton soup, black bean chow fun, all good.

the food was good, but by the time it arrived - the ribs were cold. When hot, this food would be "great", cold its merely ok.

Order took 1 hour and 25 minutes for delivery. Food was bland and lukewarm. Given the wrong dipping sauce for our appetizer. Not up to usual quality.

This was my first time at this chinese place. When i placed my order the restaurant called me right away to let me know they got my order. Food was hot and fresh. The only problem was the delivery guy called me and asked me to come down to the gate to pick up my food. He could not find a parking spot. I gave him a 25% tip when i paid by credit card. I went down and he was standing at the gate not in his car but at my gate. I said i thought you could not find a spot. He acted like he did not understand me. Other than that it was a good experience and i will use them again.

Tai Chi is our go to chinese restaurant for delivery. Fast on time and tasty! Love the chicken salad and the drumsticks. Always fresh.

mediocre at best.. aside from sending me chicken when i ordered prawns as well when you ask for spicy be prepared... i can eat jalapenos no problem this stuff burned going down.. what are they trying to camouflage? their egg rolls are made with wonton paper so they are super fried..(heart pill please) the one thing i did enjoy was the minced chicken lettuce wraps make sure to order extra sauce on the side. well, i hope it doesn't burn as bad coming our as it did going down. i have to drink a gallon of milk.

The food was okay but the total given by the delivery man was $2 higher than the grand total online (either the prices went up or the delivery man was charging a "delivery fee")

The General Tso's chicken arrived promptly and hot, but was a gloopy, saucy mess. The flavors weren't very interesting and the dish felt bland. The hunt for good Chinese continues...

Been going to this restaurant for about 15 years, and just tried their delivery service -- got here in less than 45 minutes and the food was piping hot! Favorites are general tso's chicken, string beans, eggplant w/garlic sauce, and broccoli beef.

My first time ordering! I will definitely order again. Food came fast, delicious and very generous portions - very fresh. I ordered online at 8:42 and food was at my hotel door at 9:06 pm. I ordered Mandarin Velvet Chicken - it is so good lots of fresh veggies and meat and hot. The hot and sour soup is huge and so hot I have burned my tongue. I asked for plates and utensils since I'm at a hotel and also for soy sauce and hot sauce. They brought all I asked for. Excellent food. Will order again and reasonable prices for SF.

The food was sooooo good! The fried rice was perfect and the fried wontons were excellent. I was quoted 45-60 minutes for delivery and the food was here in 25 minutes. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I was having a Poker Night with the guys, and they all unanimously voted for Chinese food. We searched the web and ordered about $60 worth of food (everyone wanted their own dish). Not only was the food outstanding, I had leftovers for two days. That was almost 18 months ago, and I've been ordering from them about 3 times a month since.

Hot, fast and tasty! Great delivery service! the veggie mu-shu was a little lacking and the spring onion pancakes are not anything like I imagined them to be...but other than that everything else was good! They where good to get our food here when we ordered pretty late & they where very nice. We will order again!

delivery was lightening fast! we were really looking forward to tai chi based on past reviews. although the food was properly hot, there were food quality issues.
the general chicken sauce was a glob over the fried chicken resulting in a hot gooey mess. the next time we might ask to keep the sauce separate from the chicken. the shrimp stir fry sauce was very thin and the shrimp tasted old and musty. there were other issues but no need to lay it on heavy. we hope you will not make our mistake. nevertheless, we were excited to try other chinese cuisine. we wanted to become repeat customers.

great food and huge amounts!!!!!!!!!! My daughter loves it!!!!!!! Try the hunan tao with shrimp, it has a very large amount of shrimp!!!!!!!! My only negative thing to say is the put a lot of eggs in the fried rice and the bar-bq pork fried rice isn't bar-bqed pork it's just regular pork, but it's great anyway!!!!!!!!!!!

Got this delivered to my house and $40 later I was thinking that I should've ordered pizza instead. Once I got my order, I didn't know that I had to tell them to provide utensils and napkins. Wouldn't they do that anyway? It's a delivery order!
Anyways, here's what I ordered:
Salt & Pepper Shrimp - Not bad, but when it's not super fresh, the shell-on shrimp isn't crunchy and it becomes hard to chew through. Note to self, never order this delivered and eat this at the restaurant.
Beef Fried Rice - Living next to China town, I've definitely experienced better. The beef slices were huge in this fried rice. No depth at all...
Hunan General Tso's Chicken - Best item from yelp reviewers, I don't think so... I've had better flavored chicken dishes from Panda Express!
The chicken wasn't soft and flavorful. The chunks had way too much fat on it and some pieces were so hard to chew though again! Probably an item better served in the restaurant as well.
Hot & Sour Soup - Best item that I ordered!!! Great flavor and super hot! Just the way I like it. Awesome amount of egg and mushrooms! A+ for this! If I ever ordered from here again, it would only be the soup!!!
Anyways, a Bad Review for this place because I've experienced better. My personal experience from delivery from here isn't a good one. Others have had better experiences, lucky for them!

I have ordered from this restaurant twice and I love it. It took them awhile to deliver my food but the food was hot when they did deliver it. I don't think the pricing of their food is high especially with how much they give you. BTW I love their wonton soup. =] Overall I am satisfied with my order and the delivery guy was nice.

Good, quality Chinese food, oriented towards the Western palate. Ask for it spicy if you want spicy, because even if it says "spicy", it really isn't all that spicy.
