Been a solid customer of this place for approximately 5 years. Prices have been good, quality has been 'eh,' and delivery time has frequently been an issue. However, tonight's experience has been the worst, and will be my last.
Ordered two pasta dishes and one order of mozzarella sticks at 9:17pm on a Monday night. Delivery estimate was between 45-60 minutes, and Pizza Pino is 2.8 miles from my house.
10:17 pm...still no delivery. It's okay, maybe it's a busy night, or the driver is new. We'll wait a few more minutes.
10:35 pm.... still nothing, kinda frustrated. Peering out the window in a manic hungry state every 15 seconds.
11:08 pm.... delivery guys calls, says, "Pizza Pino delivery. I'm outside."
Response: "Okay, come up to the door."
You're over an hour late, Dude, I'm not gonna come out and get the food from you at 11:10 at night.
Guy handed me the food, and there was absolutely no heat coming from it. Seemed completely oblivious that he was late. The boyfriend reamed him a bit for the lousy service, and we decided that we weren't going to pay for a cold, late meal. returned the food to the delivery guy, and made it clear that we would no longer be patrons of Pizza Pino.
So, thanks guys...your food was cheap - mediocre at best - and we'll never be back.

P.S. If I had ordered by smoke signal and had it delivered via Pony Express...it still would have arrived faster than you.

I ordered my pizza at 11am. It was supposed to be delivered by 12pm. I didn't get it until 1:40pm. Dealing with eat24hours awesome customer service, they called the restaurant repeatedly, getting different stories about misdelivery, a new one being made and rushed over, then the driver being stopped by the police, etc. Pretty crazy. The pizza arrived COLD (not even just not hot, but COLD). I'm sure it was the original pizza. The driver had the nerve to ask me for a tip after all that, PLUS giving me the wrong kind of soda. To top it all off, the pizza was horrible. Probably less than a pound for a large pizza, basically a millimeter of toppings on half of a cracker. Stay away.

Horrible takes over a hour to deliver me a lagsana. It taste horrible and smells like the stuff inside gone bad. The bread got to my house sooo cold, its soggy.

Really happy with the food, delivered hot, quickly, and was very tasty. Totally recommend them for anyone who wants a good pizza (and the rest of the menu is great, too).

I ordered a thick crust pizza and what I recieved was a pizza that was flatter than a dime, with the cheese stuffed in the head of the crust. There is a big difference from stuffed crust to thick pan pizza. I also asked for sausage and pepperoni, no pepperoni and very little sausage. Will not order from this place ever again.

I was a loyal Pizza Pino customer for... I honestly don't know how many months. I had never had a problem with them. Until one night my roommate had to have his food sent back three times. And even after all of that, they had forgotten his two liter of soda. I thought he was crazy and continued ordering from them. Until suddenly, I started to have the same terrible service. I thought maybe it was because it was the weekend, but even on week nights it seems as though they have no interest in simply DOING THEIR JOB.

THE DELIVERY GUY WAS A JERK. THE PIZZA HAD A KITCHEN RAG SMELL TO IT NO JOKE. I THOUGHT I WAS JUST IN MY MIND, THEN I GOT REALLY NAUSEATED. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Pesto Pizza with broccoli and a Coke... great price. Left green oil all over my white plates, and dripped everywhere... Broccoli on the pizza is super woody, tough, and pretty inedible... What do you expect though from cheap pizza. Crust is great, and the taste is right. Not the best pizza in the city, by far. But in a pinch it works

They made a mistake with my order. Didn't fix it when I called directly. I had to contact eat24hrs.com to get it resolved. The four cheese lasagna was DELICIOUS though.

I have to give these guys GENERALLY a GREAT. I order 2-3 times a week (for several months!) and only occasionally has something been wrong (and they FIX it). The pizza is really good as is the delicious lentil soup which appears often as the soup of the day. The salads are not fancy but they are always crisp and fresh. 99% of the time the hot stuff arrives hot and the cold stuff cold. I am in hotel here a lot and sometimes I just want simple, healthy soup and salad without going out - this fits the bill!

The pizza is good, but the service has been less than stellar. I waited over 90 minutes for my order, when it arrived it was cold. Also, this was the second time that they have not delivered the soda that I ordered AND PAID FOR with my order. The driver promised to return with it, but never showed up. While the pie is good, I am going to be finding a new place to order from.

pizza crust burnt! the first for me. after waiting 2 and a half hours! i admit i didn't notice the 2 hour wait time. but another 30 mins?! quality of super thin soggy pizza sucked. i have never been so inclined to write a review. just sorry it had to be a bad one.

I am about 2 hours and 45 mins after ordering now and am still waiting for my correct order to be delivered, definatly not worth it as the food I have tried is barely average at best.

Terrible experience. Do not order from this place. It took 2.5 hours for the meal to arrive, they forgot my soda and salad. The driver said he would return with it and never showed up. I called to complain and counter guy told me they were busy and there would be no refund. To top it off the food was lasagna was burnt and tasted of plastic. Do not order from this place.

Marina at Night is delicious, everything else I've had there is just okay. One time I called in my order, went there 20 minutes later to pick up and they said they never got the order which I most certainly had called in. In addition, they offered no compensation after I had proved I'd called them earlier.

1) It took over 1.5 hours for delivery, after calling (very nicely asked when it might be coming...he said 10 minutes and I waited an additional 25. i made that call after waiting for an hour)
2) They gave me the wrong kind of soda, and i told the driver it was wrong. he said (looking at the receipt), "it says sprite." and that was it. no sorry or attempt to get a different one or explanation or anything. not a big deal, but annoying.
3) food was totally cold. it was a very simple order with no substitutions.
"hates it."
so much for this place. i'll be contacting yelp and telling my friend in the advertising dept to yank this from the list.

This was great, the first pizza on their specialty list is awesome. It took less than an hour to get here. Greek salad was pretty good. Overall, for the price and the taste, it was excellent!!! (And, I'm pretty picky for sure!!!)

Mmmmm! The portions are huge and the price is just right. It took a little longer than expected and the fries weren't very hot, but the food was very tasty so all in all, it was worth the wait.

Highly recomend weekdays for lunch.The day shift cook is great!!! Older Woman that takes over for him realy skimps out on the meats in the sub. I got a bread sandwich from her twice and when i dont see the regular guy in the window i dont order.

Pizza Pino prepared my order just the way I asked online. I was nervous that the chicken wings and fries weren't going to be extra crispy,but they were. The Lasanga was pretty good, a little light on the meat sauce though. The free salad was a perfect addition to the meal,we got garlic bread sticks that I didn't expect, and they were goood....
