I waited my order 2 hours!!!!!!!! They did not deliver my food!! I can not belive that!! I called them, there was only the voice mail. I canceled my order. I won't order food from them ever!!!! I can not belive they had four stars!!!! I am so hungry without any food now. If you want eat your food at same day as you order, never try this restaurant. You really should try other one.

Ordered at 7:32 and food arrived at 8:40 on a Thursday evening... Definitely not the speediest. They called to ask what the address was (isn't this what the purpose of the online order is - everything of record is in the order) and the food arrived cold; which sucked cause it looked really good.
If you want hot and fast, try a different pad.

Amazing crispy wings. Could use some sauce, but I also didn't ask for it, so I can't fault them there. Pizza is also very good, but the wings really stood out.

Awful. Showed up after an 1 hour and 20 mins... And only with have the order. And the pizza was cold. Then tried to make silly excuses.
Definitely do not recommend this pizza place. Toany others to choose from.

The 'no hangover' philly cheesesteak was dry, the peppers dry and limp, everything was sort of crammed together into a dense dark brown dry and not very tasty lump.

Food was good, delivery was on time BUT they don't read any instructions. Either that or Eat24hours does not present them clear enough to the restaurant. I wanted some extra toppings but I didn't get them. I know the restaurant has Snapple although the only option on Eat24hours was a can of soda so I selected it and asked for the Snapple instead - it never came!

The Food Is amazing the fish and chips is DELICIOUS the Greek salad is ON POINT!!! Philly cheese steak sanwhich is soooo good Also I have a major sweet tooth so the cheese cake always hits the spot...... The Delivery boy was fast and FINE! OMG wow It was perfect and the food was delicious

pizza arrived on time and was delicious. When you say extra pepperoni they give you extra pepperoni!,..good pizza will definitely order from them again=)

This is a great restaurant. I work in a 24hr environment & we need good food to get us through the night. The late delivery hours & the menu options gives everyone a choice. With everyone that I work with, we have had everything on the menu. All is pretty good. The only thing I can suggest to anyone is if you order any of the fish meals, ask for it to be not so crispy.

They usually are pretty good about delivering food on time, but this time it just did not happen. I ordered a simple order and since I have lost my phone, I said that I'd be waiting in the lobby of my apartment...so I waited 15 mins and then headed down knowing i'll probably be waiting for at least another 45 mins....guess what? they NEVER showed. I waited an extra 30 mins just in case but they never showed. If a customer said they'd be waiting, they will be waiting right?

We have dubbed this restaurant "Burger Joint", it has been consistently excellent 100% of the time. It is also probably the most economical choice of the delivery restaurants in my zip code. I HIGHLY recommend placing an order, delivery times are fast and the food is always great.

I ordered a custom pizza, poppers, garlic bread and cheesecake. They were all very tasty and fresh, even the garlic bread was warm despite the delivery taking 45 min (as expected). The delivery guy was very friendly and cheerful. The food was carefully packed and they included lots of red pepper, Parmesan and sauce for the poppers. I'd recommend ordering from them.
