Delivery didn't come for an hour and a half and they were rude on the phone. Other places on this site in the past have been late but offered something free or apologies and said they would take care of me next time. STAY AWAY. Bad customer service

horrible quality of food. there should be a level of quality put on these people to not deliver cold food or items with hair in it!!!! I love their cheeseburgers but this is absolutely the last time i ever order from these guys. Seriously - hair???!?!??! COLD FRIES!??!?! both = disgusting

I love a good burger but what the heck is happening at this place? I had one decent order from them and after giving three different orders -I literally had pre-frozen/horrible beef patty as a hamburger - it was really really horrible.

didn't try the pizza ordered the cheeseburger and a two of their sandwiches. shared everything with my daughter and husband. everything was just ok. oh and ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn't bring marinara sauce.

The delivery person called me from his cell phone instead of from the door buzzer system so I had to go downstairs to get my food. I order delivery because I am exhausted. I want the food delivered all the way upstairs to my apartment door! Then, my appetizer was wrong. I emailed about the wrong item, but never heard back from anyone. I would have at least expected a price adjustment, but instead, I was stuck with a lower priced item I did not even want to begin with for the higher price. The rest of the food was ok.

I am posting this as a "bad" review but I used to order from them ALL the time, and this is the sum of many many experiences. A few of their dishes are my favorites, and a few of their dishes are sloppy. WAY TOO OFTEN the order is messed up though - wrong pizza topping, with cheese instead of without, forgotten items, etc. It's ruined my meal one too many times... I really wanted to like this place. Oh well.

The pizza was not very good. It seemed poorly made. My housemate did not care for it either. The fries were above average, thats the best I can say about the place.

Great mozzarella sticks, okay gnocci, okay pizza - better than a lot of places in SF, Terrible, with a capital T, meat Lasagna

Go-Getters is one of the best pizza places in San Francisco. It is family owned and run. They also serve amazing Italian dishes and sandwiches. This little whole in the wall on Gough Street near Market is a Hayes Valley adjacent gem.

Great food, portions were larger than I expected. Took and hour and 15 minutes, but the food was hot and drinks were cold. I will order from them again.

Wandered into Go Getters and was greeted by an empty restaurant and a eager, friendly staff. Ordered a slice of Pepperoni and damn that it came out fast....
