Ordered from this place several times, everything was excellent, fast delivery and good food. But yesterday I found a long black hair in my dumpling box. The most disguisting thing was that I found it after I have eaten several dumplings :(

Awful! The General Chao's Chicken (that is a specialty according to their menu) was really bad. A piece of chicken was a piece of fried skin glob. It also had a small bone. The sour was over the top on this dish (like someone dumped a cup of vinegar). The hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour. The potstickers were soggy with no browning.
Stay away!

Food was "ok" at best. Unusual preparation of the appetizer platter made it almost unappetizing, and all of my food arrived in a plastic bag with a puddle at the bottom from it leaking from one of the boxes. Sub-par delivery and an unusual preparation (in a bad way) made this place a one-time order for me.

I wasted my money here and will never order from this restaurant again. Everything tasted awful.
BBQ pork fried rice - pork was extra fatty;
crab rangoons - small and tasted fishy;

Love this place. I order here a little too often, I think. The sesame chicken is my favorite. The won-ton soup keeps well and is great the next day. I keep wanting to try other Chinese places in my delivery area, but Bamboo is so solid it keeps me coming back every time.

only reason for the low stars and 'ok' rating is because for the 2nd time, they've mis-delivered my food. in their favor, it gets here fast, it's hot and even though they delivery stuff i didn't order, it's tasty. i do call to let them know, and they do seem to be concerned, but I'm hungry and there's already food here so I'm going to eat it. Will i order from them again? Eh, probably not.

Not great food but it's open late and they delivered pretty quickly. General Chao's Chicken was goopy and tasty. Duck fried rice was dry. Walnut prawns were pretty decent. Would order again if Golden Kim Tar isn't open.

Relatively fast delivery (45 minutes during dinner time). Good, hot food. I ordered Mongolian Beef and Cashew Chicken with brown rice and eggs rolls. All were good and cooked to my spice preference. I would order from here again.

This was the worst veggie 'general tso meatless chicken'. i usually love this stuff from other places, and this was marked as 'most popular' so i thought they couldnt screw it up. it was awful and extremely rubbery. i couldnt even eat one piece. the veggie chow mein had lots of good lookin veggies, but had no flavor. i will not order again.

Usually great - speedy, hot, spicy. Out of the twelve or so times I've ordered, only once did they forget and item and got a substitution wrong, and they brought the forgotten item and I didn't mind about the substitution enough to ask for a replacement.
I enjoy ordering from them and will continue to do so.

They delivered within 30 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise, and my roommate enjoyed the Chow Mein.
The Thai Tea was stronger than I'm used too, and the Sweet and Sour Chicken was flavorless.
It was quite average, but I'll probably look elsewhere the next time I crave Chinese.

Finally, a chinese place that actually serves BBQ pork fried rice! Not this boiled pork nonsense. Really good chinese place, I have tried many in the city over the past 5 years and this is the best IMO

Their Sesame Beef is SOOO tender and deliciously meaty, not that cornstarch battered mystery meat at most other places. The fresh vegetables in the chow mein made me so happy, I nearly ate the entire box. Best crab puffs and veggie kung pao with tofu. I've liked everything I've ordered, and I'm picky about the quality of the Chinese food I eat.

Excellent stuff the have here. The Fried Tofu with Eggplant in a Plum and Basil Sauce was everything I could ever ask for - for a request of medium spiciness they hit it right on (I'll order it hot next time). All the veggies in the chow mein were fresh and the noodles were cooked just long enough. Next time I have that rare hankering for some Chinese food, I will be back!

As impressed I was with the fast delivery, I was equally unimpressed with the quality. If you want something quick, go for it. If you actually want something that tastes good, try something else. I couldn't believe my food was cold considering how quickl it arrived.

Good food. Fast service. Forgot one thing but they redelivered in 10 minutes. It was a fairly large order so no big deal really. Everyone was happy. The Spring Rolls and the Spinach Tofu Salad were amazing.

decent food. but if you're going to order doubles of anything from the website, i advise that you make separate selections of the item, instead of x2 of one item. i've ordered from this place several times. but the two times i've ordered doubles of one item... they've missed it, but still charged. just don't do it.

The food arrived quickly and it was excellent. We usually opt for Thai or Indian over Chinese delivery, because the Chinese food never seems to be as good when it's delivered. But everything we ordered from Bamboo was delicious. I think the highlight was the Spicy Chicken with Basil - the chicken was fresh and tender and the vegetables were fresh and were slightly seared as if they'd been grilled on a fire which gave them an incredible flavor. I'm taking one star away for the crab rangoon, which were good but mostly cream cheese and not enough crab, and the onion cakes, which I probably won't order again (though they were OK, just nothing special).

They're consistent and fast! Not by any means the best Chinese food ever, but definetley the best Chinese delivery!!
Only bad note.. they used to use really great plastic (reusable) to go containers.. they've opted for paper now.. so if you get something with alot of sauce.. its gunna be messy!

I work ACCROSS THE STREET. I ORDERED FOR PICK UO. THE DELIVERY GUY DROVE AROUND THE BLOCK TO DELIVER IT WHILE I WAS AT THE RESTURANT. I SAW HIS CAR DOUBLE PARKED IN FRONT OF OUR STORE AND BECAME CONFUSED ABOUT WHY THIS GUY TOOK MY FOOD FOR A RIDE ONLY TO LOSE HIS OWN PARKING SPACE. NO TIP. FOOD WAS SUB PAR.
